Getting Started

StyleCheck is mobile app which lets you showcase your boutique, your collections to your customers through a mobile app. By registering and being a part of StyleCheck, you can reach thousands of customers who are interested in your products and collections. StyleCheck enables you to take orders from your customers or facilitate Showroom visits. StyleCheck is a digital commerce platform in which you can show and sell your products to your customers anytime and anywhere.

You can register your Boutique with StyleCheck by registering from our Website: www.stylecheckapp.com . Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation mail indicating that your registration request has been submitted. Our Sales Team will contact you at the Phone number provided and schedule an appointment with you. We will show a demo of the mobile app, explain the huge benefits you can expect out of the app and get your consent to get your Boutique in StyleCheck.

Once your boutique is registered, you will be provided with a Login & Password to start using the mobile app.

You need to change the password for security.

Yes, you can have up to 3 users managing the mobile app for your boutique.

However it is important not to share the mobile app passwords with any outsider.

Once you have successfully registered your boutique, you will need to set up the content to best present your boutique to thousands of potential customers.

We will let you know the content required including information about your boutiques, images etc.

You can provide the information to us and we can set up your boutique in the app. Alternately you can use the mobile app specially designed and developed for Boutique Owners / managers to set up your boutique.

Once your boutique is ready, you can start selling and providing special offers to your customers.

StyleCheck is now available for boutiques in Kolkata.

StyleCheck will come to other cities in 2016.

Yes, StyleCheck has 3 different types of membership.

Standard (Free), Premium (Paid) and Super Premium (Paid).

We do not indicate the membership of a boutique in the app.

You enjoy different privileges depending on your membership. Privileges include, the no of boutique images you can add, the no of Items you can have in our product catalog, the no of products you can promote for Free as part of your membership.

Features

StyleCheck app helps you showcase your Boutique through information, and images.

You can announce special collections, New arrivals through StyleCheck

You can promote special offers on your products.

You can include and exclude your products in special offers.

Customers can buy your products through StyleCheck.

Customers can select products they want to see when they visit your Boutique.

Customers can pay for your products through StyleCheck (when they buy thru the app).

Boutiques participating in StyleCheck Rewards program can offer Loyalty points to their customers and track Loyalty points.

Customers can share your products through digital media like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, etc.

You can promote products in StyleCheck as a Special Offer (discounts) or as New Arrivals.

Using the app you can add or remove products from Special offers.

You can also promote by giving Full screen advertisements which are visible to all app users.

When you promote a product they will appear under the section "Styles of the day". This is the most viewed section of the app and likely to reach a large no of potential customers.

You can boost your Special offers by listing higher in the List in the portion directly visible without any scroll.

You can manage your Boutique information using the mobile app.

The no of products you can add in your catalog depends on the type of membership you have.

Standard Members (FREE) can add up to 15 products. Premium Members can add up to 50. Super premium members can add up to 100 items

You can sell any items you sell in your boutique.

Typically they will be apparels, designer bags, shoes, fashion accessories.

Your items can be for Women, Men, Boys or girls.

You can track and manage customer orders from your mobile app.

All Customers visiting your showroom to check the items tagged as "Interested" will appear in your 'Showroom Visit" list.

All customers who have pre-ordered and are coming to pick up the items will appear in the "Showroom Pick up" List.

All customers who have asked for "Payment on delivery" will appear in a separate list as these items need to be delivered.

Payments & Shipping's

A customer may like one or more of your products and decide to visit your showroom to check the items in person before buying.

Such items can be short-listed by the customer before visiting your showroom.

This helps in customer saving time and also for you to be prepared beforehand and provide a pleasant experience to your customers

All customers who have asked for "Payment on delivery" will appear in a separate list as these items need to be delivered.

In StyleCheck orders can be of three types:

Cash on payment: This is when the customer has ordered for one or more items from your boutiques and will pay for the Order either in Cash or thru the app payment processing system once the items are delivered to the customer. For such items either you can arrange for the delivery or StyleCheck logistics team can deliver it. There will be a delivery charge deducted from you for this service.

Paid in full & Pick up at store: For these Orders, you have to reserve the item and hold it till customer comes and picks up the item. Since this item is already sold to the customer, you can't sell it to any other customer.

Paid in Full & Deliver to customer's address: For such orders either you can arrange for the delivery or StyleCheck logistics team can deliver it. There will be a delivery charge deducted from you for this service. Since this item is already sold to the customer, you can't sell it to any other customer.

Customers can pay for an item at the time of Purchase through the app or Pay upon delivery of the item to the customer's shipping address.

Customers can pay by Credit Card, Debit card, Net Banking.

You can arrange for the delivery or StyleCheck logistics team can deliver it. There will be a delivery charge deducted from you for this service.

Delivery charges for the StyleCheck Logistics team will be Rs 150 or 2% of the Order value whichever is higher.

You can pay through our Website with your Credit Card or Debit Card or Net Banking.

You can also pay by sending Bank Cheque to our registered office address.

You can pay on a quarterly, or 6 monthly or annual basis.

We hope you will never want to withdraw your boutique from StyleCheck app. However if for any reason you decide to do so, you can deactivate our boutique temporarily or long terms by informing us in writing by email or postal mail.
